What You Will Need
• A quiet, comfortable space large enough to use. (boardroom, lunchroom, spare office, A/V room, gymnasium, etc.)
• Each person will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a water bottle. The employee can provided their own mat or we can order you a set of company mats. We can even have them branded with your company logo.
All of our yoga teachers are yoga alliance certified, RYT 200, and above (which means they have completed 200+ hours of training with a well known school). Many have specialty training in areas such as pre-natal yoga or meditation. Additionally, our instructors carry liability insurance and are certified in Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED. We will manage instructors seamlessly so you never miss a day of your wellness program.
Our yoga classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals present. We strive to create classes that are appropriate/safe/challenging/interesting/fun for all levels by giving personal attention to each student. Most of our corporate classes are all-levels and are suitable for almost anyone, even absolute beginners. We recommend practicing yoga at least twice a week, but even once a week will have noticeable results.

All Levels Yoga *** (Most Popular)
This class offers something for everyone. The smooth transitions of vinyasa flow along with longer holds designed to build strength and stamina. Options for more advanced poses will be given, however, all students are encouraged to honor their body's needs and take breaks if necessary. Class ends with deep stretches and relaxation to balance both body and mind.
Restore and Rejuvenate
A fusion of long, slow, and deep stretches (yin yoga) and restorative yoga poses designed to promote rest & relaxation. Students are encouraged to use props to support themselves in poses and breath work is incorporated. These classes have a gentle and slow approach and are great for anyone of any fitness level. Restore and Rejuvenate classes will help slow the body and calm the mind while improving flexibility and releasing both physical and mental tension. (You will need to purchase props ie... blankets and straps for your office. We can order these for you.)
Doctors are increasingly citing stress as a major contributing factor to most illnesses. Even though meditation should not be considered a cure in and of itself, research has shown it to be beneficial for a wide range of health problems. As stress is greatly eliminated through meditation, our minds and bodies begin to function with maximum effectiveness, creating health, vitality, and happiness. In this class students will experience guided meditations that will allow them to discover what meditation has to offer. This class is appropriate for both new and experienced students.
Rates for 60-Minute Classes (Fewer than 15 Participants)
Single 60-minute classes for fewer than 15 participants can be booked at a rate of $120 per class. If you would like to extend your class to 75 minutes, please add $10 to the single class rate. To extend your class to 90 minutes, please add $15 to the single class rate. Please see the tables below for multiple-session package rates.
